Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Casa Lumos purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Because our candles are handcrafted in small batches, we accept returns or exchanges on unopened and unused items only. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us at [your email address] within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will gladly replace or refund the affected item at no extra cost.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
