1. Processing Time

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • Estimated delivery times:

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to postal or customs issues beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Casa Lumos is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international orders.

  • All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

  • Casa Lumos cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders

  • Casa Lumos is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
